This past week, we had lots of family in town. Stef's sister was in town for work, but was able to come a day early so she could hangout with her Godson for a day. Then Gigi came in town on Saturday morning, which allowed Stef & Craig to go away for the night and help a friend celebrate her birthday in Southern Arizona's Wine Country....who knew? It was our first night both being away so that was a little tough, but Conor had a great time playing.
This is a picture in our backyard that Gigi took while we were away. We were able to put Conor's hair into a faux-hawk after a bath and it semi-stayed!
Here Conor and Stoli are playing, but separated by our back door. Stoli is really gentle with him and loves to give him kisses.
Here's another great shot of him swinging, which he just laughs and thinks it's the greatest thing ever!
Conor has also been pulling himself up on the furniture, his crib and will use just about anything in front of him, ie the dogs... We had already dropped his crib one level since we had found him sitting up a week or two ago in it. But on Saturday before we left, we had to drop it all the way down, since he has started pulling himself up in it! It's crazy! He can hold his own weight and walk along the couch now for a few steps. SO wonderful, but So crazy! We had already secured all electrical outlets about a month ago, but we are in the stages of bolting bookshelves to the wall and placing the levers on kitchen cabinets. Time is flying! Almost time to start planning his birthday party in July!
