Catch Up

So it has been a while since we posted. We have had a busy summer with lots of guests and 1 trip to Albuquerque to celebrate Conor's 3rd Birthday! Mason is pulling himself up and cruising on furniture and he started swim lessons! Conor starts school in about 3 weeks! Here are some catch up pics and videos.

Mason

Mason had his 6 month check up today....we are only 3 weeks late, so call it his 6 1/2 month check up! Here's his stats: weight 17lbs 5 oz & height 27"

He is really loving his veggies, has tried peas, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, & corn. Gonna try cauliflower this weekend and yams! Stef is making all of his food and its all organic. So yummy!

Mason has been rolling over since 3 months and has been army crawling for about 5 weeks. He is also sitting up for longer periods now, but he's always gotta get somewhere though!

SWIMMING

Well Conor, our little fish just seems to keep racking up the ribbons at Swim Class. Here's video of the latest!

Easter

We had a great Easter weekend in Albuquerque. It was so nice to be around family and is always so hard to leave. Pic of Conor on the plane is below!

Last night was Conor's first swim lesson in the big pool without daddy. For the first 10 or 15 minutes he cried, because this was the first time daddy did not get in the pool with him and it was just him and a little girl his age and the instructor. The swim school said it can take 3 weeks for them to get used to the idea of not swimming with mommy or daddy. So we are in a transition period and going through separation anxiety. But the last 15 minutes of t

he class Conor warmed up and even though he wasn't swimming like he normally does, he was happy and talking with the teacher. So we know it will only get better.

And now Mason is in the baby pool with Daddy, taking lessons at the same time. His first lesson was great! He even got dunked one time

and didn't scream. They are growing up so fast already!

Pea's Anyone??

Mason is eating solids and doing pretty good with it. Conor graduated from his swim class where he goes with Daddy and will now be going on his own. So proud but we are a little sad he is growing up too fast :-). Mason will start swim lessons next week!! Mason who will be 6 months later this week, also started crawling about a week ago. Everything is happening so much faster the second time around!

March

Its been a rough month with RSV, ear infections, and shots but everyone is doing good. Mason is really checking things out and is watching us eat so he will be ready for solids soon. He is upright much more and his head is rounding out!! He also gave up his swaddle recently and we are working on crying it out.

Daddy and Conor got to go to a D-Backs spring training game on Saturday, Conor loved watching the players hit it "too FAAAAAR". As you can see he had some good shade from the family on the left :-).
